    Default Send mail only for authenticated User or relay IPīs

    Hello @ all,

    i will restrict my Zimbra 8.0.5 installation.
    I want, that Mails can only be send from User which authenticated with Login + Password, and Relay IPīs ( without authentication ).

    Which option is needed to be set ?

    You could read the Product Documentation or search the forums for the answer to these questions (they have already been asked and answered).

    That is already the case if your users are using the correct Submission port which is 587.

    You really don't want to do that under any circumstances, if the other server gets compromised you will be an open relay for spam.

    realy ? also the default 127.0.0.0/8 ?

    If you have someone (or something) that can access that IP address then you have a more serious problem to worry about than the possibility of someone sending mail from your server.
