    Default Database Integrity check problem

I have recently received the following database integrity check alert, and am not certain of how to resolve:

    Database errors found.
    /opt/zimbra/mysql/bin/mysqlcheck --defaults-file=/opt/zimbra/conf/my.cnf -S /opt/zimbra/db/mysql.sock -A -C -s -u root --password=XXXXXXXX
    backup.shared_blob_digest
warning : 1 client is using or hasn't closed the table properly

I have looked through the forums for a similar message, but haven't found reference to any such as this. Any advice would be appreciated.

    I am running the following:
    Zimbra 8.0.1_GA_5438 (build 20121105164507)

    Thanks for your help.

Thank you Bill, for the quick response. I did find those, but most of those were for much older versions of Zimbra, and i didn't find any that addressed backups. Most of those in your link refer to other permission issues, so their resolution might not apply. I would appreciate a more specific reply, if possible, taking into consideration the age of the other posts, and different permissions that they were replying to. All help is greatly appreciated.

Any chance anyone could clarify my concerns above? I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks.

The answer is in the links I gave you, it is probably a corrupt table. There are several threads in those links that show you how to check and repair the tables, did you try those solutions? The version of ZCS in use is irrelevant, it's a MySQL table problem.
    Regards
