Default mark as spam not working for a weekly mailing list

A business is spamming one of our users directly (as in not to a distribution list). They have marked the email as spam, but they get it each week, since it's a coupon mailer.

Anti-spam service is running and other users do not get this experience. Any ideas on possible causes?

Can't your user simply unsubscribe that mailer ?

Bear with me as this was forwarded to me, so I'm going to try including all relevant while obfuscating security concerning details.

Not sure if that is quite the right header. I'm guessing no. If it isn't I'll try to get the right one.

You need to do a tight-click & "Show original" of the offending email for the headers.

Alright I did a minor abuse of admin privileges to get this, heh, but pretty sure this is it:

There have been several improvements to the anti-spam system in ZCS 8.0.5 I'd suggest you upgrade to that. Your user could always just unsubscribe from the email (as Staples is a reputable company) and that should work, you could also complain to their abuse address about the spam (as I assume your user hasn't subscribed to their email).
    Regards

I'll take a look at 8.0.5, thanks! I had not realized it came out.
