    Unhappy Spam tag testing in zimbra 8

    Hello All,

    I want to test my av/as and spam tag in my newly installed zimbra 8 server.

    My global settings ->> AS/AV
    Kill percent: 75
    Tag percent: 33
    Subject prefix: ****SPAM***

    When I am sending some spam mails to test. The AS/AV is directly discarding some mails and remaining are coming to inbox without any subject prefix. I didn't find any mail in junk folder till now. Please guide me test spam mails with tag.

    Thanks in advance.

    They always will be if they exceed the Kill Percentage, that's what it means.

    Then they are obviously not consider spam, you need to look at the headers and determine what the problem is with these emails.
