Did you look at any of the articles or forum threads on this topic? Is their current server a 64bit server? If it isn't you should read the Zimbra Certified wiki article on moving from a 32bit to 64bit server or search the forums and use one of the other methods you'll find in there.
    Regards

    Hello Sohail,

Since you're using the Network Edition, you should follow the DR method for the migration : Network Edition Disaster Recovery - Zimbra :: Wiki
The essence is taking a full backup on the old server, installing the same version of ZCS on the new server, and then restoring on the new, but make sure you've read and understood the entire document.

The 'Preparing the New Server' section would be particularly helpful for steps to take on the new server.

When you ran "install.sh -s" on the new Zimbra server it is important to preserve the /opt/zimbra/zimbramon directory and not let the rsync of the /opt/zimbra directory tree from the old server overwrite this directory as /opt/zimbra/zimbramon contains OS-version-specific files.

    Hope that helps,
    Mark

Per your recommendation preserving the /opt/zimbra/zimbramon directory is necessary to avoid the:
    Code:
perl: symbol lookup error: /opt/zimbra/zimbramon/lib/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/auto/Data/UUID/UUID.so: undefined symbol: Perl_Tstack_sp_ptr
and I am sure Moving ZCS to Another Server :: Zimbra :: Blog does not mention to preserve /opt/zimbra/zimbramon directory.

By the way now I am facing ldap crash issue and have followed various solved threads without luck, so shorlty opening a new thread about ldap issue I am facing, see you there ;-)

    Regards,
    Thanks forums.
