Default Documents question

When someone uploads a document to a notebook the link appears as:
mail02.learningfocused.com/some/notebook/document.doc When the link is clicked a 404 error is shown and the attachment can't be found. If the 02 is removed from mail in the popup window that has the 404 error in it, the attachment is displayed just fine. And just fyi, both mail02 and mail resolve to the same IP address.

Any ideas on either A) getting mail02.learningfocused.com to work or B) making the link be mail.learningfocused.com?

I believe the issue you have encountered is a known issue which we plan to address in the next patch release (4.5.1)

Is there a file I can change manually for the time being to hardcode the proper servername in the meantime? We are having a huge national conference starting on Sunday and people (about 800!) will need to be able to access these documents we've uploaded!

As you are an NE customer, that would be better directed at Zimbra Support.
