Commercial Certificate for web, partially works.

I've followed instructions on installing cert from wiki on zimbra and it appears that admin interface seems to work ok, but doesnt appear that the web interface... https://myserver.com/ uses old cert

looks like for whatever reasion 7071 in teh server.xml has right keystore credentials but the regular user interface does not.

And since server.xml is magical, its anyones guess what I need to change to get it to take the change and not overwrite with old crap.
