It appears that you are running ZCS 7.1.4, so there is a good chance you are encountering https://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=68402. Upgrading to a current release is highly recommended. If you still experience this issue on a current release please file a bug and attach the 'show original' of a message which causes the problem.

    Thanks!

I'm sorry, but I would like to ask you, how could I identify the message which is causing the problem ?
I tried to do that and I couldn't figure out with the comands I've seen (zmsoap and zmmailbox)
Because I've asked to the user to delete some messages he had in inbox, in order to solve the problem. But it didn't solve.
I'm sorry for asking that, but not well experienced with messaging servers.

Looking at the stack trace in your original post, the error is occurring during message delivery. This means that the message in question is never reaching the user's mailbox. You might be able to track it down in the postfix queue, but ultimately you cannot control what kind of messages may be sent from external senders; hence you should upgrade at your earliest convenience to avoid this bug.

    Thanks mate.
I've been watching some postfix logs and I perceived that when I don't have a specific message in the queue, my server works well.
And when I have it ... the problem occurs !
    I'm sure it's a SPAM message.

    Here follows the log :

I've deleted the message of the queue, and the server seems to work well by now ... 'til I get the same message again.

What else can I do in order to solve this ?
Because I think that just blocking this IP address on iptables would not work.
Unfortunately I cannot update the server right now, but I'm already planning to do so.
In this new Zimbra version, can I prohibit a specific kind of message ?

    Thank you so much.

    Mate,
I've tried to send a message myself to this account today and the processing went high with a simple "Test" message.
I'm just trying to show everything what happens in order to provide the complete view of the problem.
