Thread: Paid for Zimbra license, never got license email, no response to support request

    Default Paid for Zimbra license, never got license email, no response to support request

    Can someone at Zimbra arrange to issue a license to a paying customer?

    Paid for Zimbra license at VMware license portal, received confirmation email: Order Number: 15002168919 Order Date: July 2, 2013. Never received email with license info. Cannot open Zimbra support ticket for assistance without license info. Sent request for assistance on Zimbra Contact Us Form July 9, received no call back or email response.

    Opened VMware Support Request # 13348754507 July 14, they say use Zimbra Contact Us form, I replied that was unacceptable and requested escalation of the ticket to Zimbra Support or management, but received no further response.

    Our records indicate the license was sent out on July 2nd. It has now been sent out again.

    Quanah:

    Examined email archive on both email accounts for 07/02/2013, also checked spam/junk folders, do not see license email.

    Received resent email with license, as promised, at 8:18PM 7/15/2013. It has been applied and activated, Zimbra server now appears to be normal and the matter resolved.

    Next, I have to figure out how to get registered on support.zimbra.com

    How long does it normally take before you receive your license key? I ordered Zimbra Professional today and received an order confirmation (order number 10044446521) but haven't received any license key yet. I also checked the spam folder. Since our trial license key will expire on the 29th, and because it is weekend, I'm a bit worried that our company mail which I've migrated to Zimbra won't function properly in a few days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your answer akatwe. I just received the license key and it works. Perhaps the order number cannot be found because I'm from Europe?

    I have just taken over as Sys Admin, and need to renew my license, however, I have not had a reply from the 'contact us'.

    How do I renew my license?
