Paid for Zimbra license, never got license email, no response to support request
Can someone at Zimbra arrange to issue a license to a paying customer?
Paid for Zimbra license at VMware license portal, received confirmation email: Order Number: 15002168919 Order Date: July 2, 2013. Never received email with license info. Cannot open Zimbra support ticket for assistance without license info. Sent request for assistance on Zimbra Contact Us Form July 9, received no call back or email response.
Opened VMware Support Request # 13348754507 July 14, they say use Zimbra Contact Us form, I replied that was unacceptable and requested escalation of the ticket to Zimbra Support or management, but received no further response.
