Conversation detection based on reference instead of subject
According to fixed bug #5935, conversation detection should be done (partly) based on referenceIDs since Zimbra 8. However, that is not the case for me.
In fact, I'm still getting all kinds of misses:
- When people send me e-mail with an empty subject, it often gets grouped with a spam message.
- When people send me e-mail with a subject like 'help' or 'phone call', they all get grouped together.
- Zimbra detects "Re:" and "Fwd:", but does not do so for the Dutch versions of those. So, whenever I get a reply with "Antw:" added to the subject, it is not grouped in the right conversation.
So, should this all be fixed in Zimbra 8 or not?
