Default Deferred messages with "Reason: Local data error while talking to XXXXX"

    Hi,

I installed 8.0.4 and can receive and send emails fm/to outside, however there are also a number of "Deferred" messages with "Reason: Local data error while talking to XXXXX", what would be the reason of "Local data error while talking ..."? will it be related to reversed DNS issue?

    Please advise.

    regards

Then why have you posted this in the Zimbra Desktop forum? I'll move it to the correct forum.

Could be but it also could be a general DNS or firewall issue[/QUOTE]You've actually given no information about your configuration (your DNS settings, your hosts/resolv file info nor whether you're behind a NAT router and/or firewall etc., etc.) and the out-of-contect error message doesn't really tell us anything.
