Default User cannot send e-mail to himself because it is being marked as SPAM.

We have a user that likes to cc or bcc himself when sending an important e-mail. I looked at the logs and saw that the mail was being relayed to all other addresses but not his own.

I logged into the Zimbra admin account e-mail and found that when he sends mail it is reported like this:

    Spam FROM LOCAL [127.0.0.1]

    X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook 14.0
    Subject: test
The message has been quarantined as: spam-7WaaW8OxM3Xf.gz

The message WAS NOT relayed to:
    <users-email-redacted>:
    250 2.7.0 Ok, discarded, id=04711-07 - spam
    How do I troubleshoot this?

Here is more info from the header of the message in quarantine:
    Delivered-To: spam-quarantine
    X-Envelope-From: <users-email-redacted>
    X-Envelope-To: <users-email-redacted>
    X-Envelope-To-Blocked: <users-email-redacted>
    X-Quarantine-ID: <7WaaW8OxM3Xf>
    X-Spam-Flag: YES
    X-Spam-Score: 64
    X-Spam-Level: ************************************************** **************
    X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=x tag=-10 tag2=5 kill=14 BLACKLISTED tests=[]
    autolearn=unavailable
What does "score=x" mean and why is "tests=[]" empty?
    Anyone?

Just in case anyone else is having this problem...
I whitelisted the user and found that I was still getting the e-mail dropped.
I decide to use zmprov to get more info about the account. I used zmprov ga <accountname> to get a full list of the account info.
    Then I found the problem!
In this list of account info there were several entries for "amavisBlacklistSender:" and one of them was the users own e-mail address!
After doing a little more research I found that I could remove the user from his own blacklist by running zmprov ma <account> -amavisBlacklistSender <account>
The user can now send e-mail to himself!

Now I just need to figure out how in the heck he did that...
