Hello,

My Zimbra version is 8.0.3_GA_5664 OS.

I've been trying to search on this forum and googling around about my problem but I found a lot of situations similar but none specific to my issue.

I have several Zimbra installations and many ppl use their iDevices without problem exept one customer of mine.
He is having constant BAD PARSE ERRORs in my log files, ie:

2013-06-21 00:33:52,136 WARN [ImapSSLServer-3044] [name=xxx;ip=xxx.200;ua=iPhone Mail/xxx329;] imap - BAD parse error: command not implemented
2013-06-21 00:33:52,136 WARN [ImapSSLServer-3044] [name=xxx;ip=xxx.200;ua=iPhone Mail/xxx329;] imap - BAD parse error: zero-length content
2013-06-21 00:33:52,137 WARN [ImapSSLServer-3044] [name=xxx;ip=xxx.200;ua=iPhone Mail/xxx329;] imap - BAD parse error: wrong character; expected ' ' but got '+'
etc...

This is happening constantly and he has to delete and recreate the account to make it work again.

I tried to use my own iPhone with an account of that domain and, to me, it works without problems.

I don't know what to tell him.... Apple support told the customer it's a problem of mail server compatibility... I need to tell the customer something and prove it's his (or my) fault. I am clueless.
