    Default Outgoing mail and Receive Mail from out Problem.

    Hi i cant send email and i cant receive mail from out please help.

    This really isn't a question for these forums. If that's your domain name you need to have a valid set of DNS records. If the domain is registered then you need to configure those records to point to your Zimbra server. If your Zimbra server is behind a NAT router or firewall then you will also need a Split DNS (details in the wiki). These subjects have been covered many times in the forums, if you search you will find the answers.
