Default delivery temporarily suspended: Connection refused

I really need help on this issue. It appears that all mails incoming to my server are being blocked and the error message that is common to all mails in the queue is "(delivery temporarily suspended: connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]: Connection refused)" can anyone tell me what to do, I am almost running crazy

Do not add your posts to threads that are over five yers old, they wll be for a different version of Zimbra and possibly a different problem.

You can start by providing some information about the problem and what you've actually tried to solve the problem (there's plenty of threads in the forums on this topic). Post the output of the following command (and also update your forum profile with that information):

    Code:
    zmcontrol -v
Is this a new install or an upgrade? How long has the server been active? Post some more information from the log files instead of just one out-of-context line. How long has this been happening or has it just started?

    That rather sensationalist, isn't it?

I eventually got the queue to move but only after disabling the antivirus /antispam in the admin console. the version of zimbra I am running is Release 5.0.13_GA_2791.RHEL5_20090206115340 CentOS5 and it has been in use for about three years before now. Is this enough information? I will be glad to give more information to get some assistance on this issue.
