Personal rules

Hello

I'd to know if personal rules defnied in the web interface of the zimbra stay valid even while the user has logged out of the zimbra ?

i know that when a rules are defined in a client require that the client stay active , and since the zimbra stays active all the time ( server ) will the rules stay on also, with out any coralation to the login or client ?

The rules are defined on the server and are, therefore, active all the time.
