    Question Remove "Sign Out button"

    Release 8.0.3_GA_5664.SLES11_64_20130305090204 SLES11_64 FOSS edition

    Hi Guys,

    We are integrating Zimbra to our web portal and for a reason I won't bore you with, I've been asked to remove the "Sign out button" from the client web interface. I've located the Node that refers to it (POPUP_DWT23) but I can't find a file that references it. I have a sneaky feeling Zimbra is building the page on the go.

    As I am no web developer, could someone point me to the place where I could do the changes I need?

    Thank you for your help!

    Default

    This is for anyone that might need to do the same for whatever reason...

    In /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/skins/_base/base3/skin.css:

    /** Drop Menu section **/
    /**
    #skin_dropMenu { font-size:14px; padding:0 10px 0 3px; text-align:center; vertical-align:middle; @Text-contrast@ @ActiveCursor@ }
    **/
    #skin_dropMenu { visibility:hidden; }
    The above will hide the whole drop down menu, not just the :sign out" entry but it's fine for us.

    A restart of the services might be necessary.

    I hope this can help someone.
