    Hello , not sure if im in correct thread , but we faced problem with some senders , here cut from log file.

    In most cases we can receive emails , but problem persist only with it4profit.com host.

    Any ideas ?

    going only off the logs you provided it seems you(or a user?) has a filter in place that is blocking email from that sender. try having them send you an email to a different recipient.

    r3zon8 logs are from server , not sure that some user filter is blocking , yes we tried send to different recipient . the same . also we asked user to send email to another domain ( that actually is another zimbra server ) , and problem remain the same . Sending to google/another email systems was ok , we face this problem tbh right after migration to version 8.x ....
