Exclamation Relocating and now Company Zimbra server will not respond

I have moved our company mail server to a new location with a new IP address. The address change was successful, and the Ethernet connection is fine.

However, Zimbra will not respond. zmcontrol status shows:
    Host mchn39.ocdirect.net
    antispam Running
    archiving Running
    convertd Running
    ldap Running
    logger Running
    mailbox Stopped
    zmmailboxdctl is not running.
    memcached Running
    mta Running
    snmp Running
    spell Running
    stats Running
    zmconfigd Running

The log files are not really telling me anything.

Wow, any help here would be really really appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

Check some of the solutions in these threads and make sure that your DNS, /etc/hosts file and your Trusted Networks settings are correct in addition make sure there isn't another mail server running on port 25. You also don't need to have memcached installed (or active) on a single server, you should remove it (details in the forums on how to do that).

This server was operating and serving correctly. It was literally pick up and driven 200 miles, and assinged an new IP. Some where in the internals I think there is a conflicting IP somewhere.

I understand what you've done and I've given you some things to check and some threads to read in the above link, have you done any those suggestions or is there any reason you haven't?
    Regards

Hi Bill, yes I have been combing through those posts. However, what I am seeing I have done everything those posts have done.
The log files are aggravating because they make no sense as to my mailbox is not starting (or stopping). Unless I am missing something.
    The DNS are changed (mchn39.ocdirect.net -> 172.4.134.149)
    The hosts file is changed
    The eth0 scripts are changed.
    I have internet continuity.
However, not even the the web interface will come up.

Currently re-running install.sh, this time I'm doing it after a fresh boot, and with ZCS shutdown.
