Default 8.0.3 Missing features on administration site

Just installed a fresh copy of 8.0.3 on Ubuntu 12.04LTS - with a license file received from Zimbra for 300 Professional level accounts. The administration site seems to be missing several features/options that according to the manual (yes I read the manual) should be there. Here is a brief list of the MIA features/options:

    1) License Activation - According to the manual it should be under "Global Settings > License" but this does not exist on my installation.
    2) Zimbra Mobile - Again manual states "Configure>Class of Service>Mobile Access page" but it's not there - or any where else for that matter.
    3) Archiving - not there
    4) ACL - not there

One other quirk I've found - when logged in as a normal user, under the address book I see a Distribution List folder and the users manual speaks of creating and managing lists but the menu item to add a new list is not there.

    Running Version 8.0.3_GA_5664.NETWORK Mar 5, 2013

Any ideas and what may be going on?

It's possible that the licence zimlet hasn't deployed, you can check in the Admin UI to see if it's there and also the install log to see if there were any problems.

No Zimlets are showing in the admin panel but there a several in the zimlets directory on the server. Install log didn't show anything out of the ordinary.

    [CORRECTION]
Just found an entry in the zmsetup log stating the following:

WARNING: Document and Zimlet initialization skipped because Application Server was not configured to start.

    Any suggestions?

You should find the Admin Extensions as shown in the attachment, if you don't then try deploying them again.. Did the installer ask for the licence when you did the install? Are you sure you've actually used the NE download and not the OSS version?

The installer did ask for a license file which was provided at install. However it did not automatically activate it. When I couldn't find the License section on the admin site I did the command line activation which worked.

The Zimlets section on the admin site is completely blank - nothing listed. However, when looking in the zimlets folder on the server they are all there.

Then you can manually deploy them.

I just did. They are now showing up in the Zimlets and Admin Extensions sections (all enabled and active) but the License and Mobility managers are still not showing up. :-(

FYI for anyone who has the same problem - hope this works for you...

After two fresh installs, I still could not get the missing features to appear. On a whim, after the last install and configuration, I ran the install script again. The script asked if I wanted to upgrade from 8.0.3 to 8.0.3 and I said "yes". After the install script finished, all the missing features are now available - and even a few more I didn't know where missing (yet)!
