copying only last full backup to store offsite

My zimbra server currently uses the default backup settings with weekly full and daily incremental backups.

I want to now set up a system to store the backups off-site (for the obvious reasons). Unfortunately my currently available media are too small to practically store the entire backup folder - so I want to copy only the latest full backup.

I'm guessing the following set of files will be needed:

acct_name_id.dat
acct_session.date
ldap/full-2007mmdd.xxxxxx.yyy/*
sessions/full-2007mmdd.xxxxxx.yyy/*
sessions_tmp/*
shared_blobs/*

Is this sufficient to store only the latest backup that I can restore in case of a site disaster?

Additionally, if I want to also store up to the latest incremental, is only the latest set of incremental files needed? I'm guessing I'm asking if each incremental is taken from the last full backup and not since the last incremental?
