Default Domain not showing up in admin GUI selector box

My Zimbra server currently has six domains defined, all of which are listed correctly on the admin gui.

If I create a new account with the admin gui, the selector box with the domains only lists five of the six - the most recent domain is missing and I can't find any way to select it on the gui.

I can create the account fine with zmprov and it then shows up on the GUI (but still not in the selector box).

It isn't only the account creation selection box that misses off this domain; I have the same problem when creating an account alias. Again, using zmprov works correctly and the created alias shows up correctly on the gui.

Any ideas?
