Exclamation Messages occasionally fail on send

Please moderators, if you delete this 3rd post of mine, would you care to explain why you did it. I'm posting this in the right forum and I have one very nasty problem which may even be related to bug.

Sometimes, not always (and it succeeds in subsequent attempts), message can't be sent and this is what is returned both in Web client and in Zimbra Desktop:

    Code:
    method:	[unknown]
msg:	Invalid address: xyz <address>. com.zimbra.cs.mailbox.MailSender$SafeSendFailedException: MESSAGE_NOT_DELIVERED; chained exception is: com.zimbra.cs.mailclient.smtp.InvalidRecipientException: RCPT failed: Invalid recipient address: 550 Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. mail.xxx.com
    code:	mail.SEND_ABORTED_ADDRESS_FAILURE
    detail:	soap:Sender
    trace:	qtp1356777178-19278:https://192.168.1.124:443/service/soap/SendMsgRequest:1365508152617:e7c758b01f0ede0e
As far as a I know, there are no SMTP setting neither in web client nor in Zimbra Desktop, so I really don't know what it's all about. One more time, it happens sometimes, but it happens very frequently!

    Please help!

    1. Does 192.168.1.124 is your Zimbra IP? If so, what is the entry on Zimbra Admin | Configure | Server | MTA | Trusted Networks?
    2. Does the problem occurs on all user or only for a few users?
    Best Regards

Actually I think you pointed me in right direction, thanks
Problem seem to be that my Zimbra IP is 192.168.2.124, and not 192.168.1.124 and MTA Trusted Networks is correctly set to "127.0.0.0/8 192.168.2.0/24 [::1]/128 [fe80::]/64"

Now I'm trying to find out this wrong IP of 192.168.1.124, where it comes from?

    zmprov getSserver returns this:
    zimbra@mail:~$ zmprov getServer mail.xxx.com | grep Auth
    zimbraMtaAuthEnabled: TRUE
    zimbraMtaAuthHost: mail.xxx.com
    zimbraMtaAuthTarget: TRUE
    zimbraMtaAuthURL: https://mail.xxx.com:443/service/soap/
    zimbraMtaSaslAuthEnable: yes
    zimbraMtaTlsAuthOnly: TRUE
    zimbraShareNotificationMtaAuthRequired: FALSE

I have split DNS system with dnsmasq and when reguested locally, good ip is returned:
    zimbra@mail:~$ host mail.xxx.com
    mail.xxx.com has address 192.168.2.124

I posted reply, but now I can't recreate the problem with 1.124 ip address, not it's all the same except it's 2.124 (correct ip) everytime.........everything is so confusing now, and more.. i don't think moderation is needed on every post, come on people, that is really slowing down discussions/solutions........

OK, let's say you aren't moderated anymore, would you like to provide information which asked earlier?

    2. Does the problem occurs on all user or only for a few users?

OK, so I provided information in timely manner, but somehow my post wasn't approved obviously.
In my next message I said I can't see a problem in IP anymore because now everytime correct ip is returned:

Message not sent; one or more addresses were not accepted.
    Rejected addresses: trancephorm <xxx@xxx.com>
    method: [unknown]
msg: Invalid address: trancephorm <xxx@xxx.com>. com.zimbra.cs.mailbox.MailSender$SafeSendFailedExc eption: MESSAGE_NOT_DELIVERED; chained exception is: com.zimbra.cs.mailclient.smtp.InvalidRecipientExce ption: RCPT failed: Invalid recipient xxx@xxx.com: 550 Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. mail.xxxx.com
    code: mail.SEND_ABORTED_ADDRESS_FAILURE

    trace: qtp1156427904-5602:https://192.168.2.124:443/service/so...91a37c4db24e9d

my MTA Trusted Networks entry is: "127.0.0.0/8 192.168.2.0/24 [::1]/128 [fe80::]/64" and the problem occurs for everyone.
    Thanks!

Before you start accusing Moderators of removing your post you ought to take a deep breath and think about what you're posting or even ask a Moderator why a post can't be seen (it'll usually be in moderation). FWIW, I believe these are your other posts:

    Sometimes, mails cannot be sent
    Sending mail not working always

I'll leave them for a short while for you to review then and I'll remove them. Don't post duplicate messages on the same topic in these forums, it's a waste of everyone's time having to clean up the mess of these posts.
