I had a problem where we had a user that was sending our SPAM/Virus Emails. That issue has now been resolved. As a result of this, were were also Blacklisted by the MailSpike, and I did request for the Blacklist Designation to be removed, and it has been taken off, but I am still getting bouncebacks from several customers with the following error 554 5.0.0 Service unavailable Is there something I can do to resolve this on my end, or do I have to wait for the Blacklist removal to update on the customers list? Please advise.
