    Default Anti Virus and Anti Spam Disabled, but mail till filtered to Junk

    Hi All,

    As the subject says, I have disabled AV and AS on the server (as we have very powerful services that check for every incoming mail).

    The main reason for me doing this was because mail was being filtered to the Junk Mailbox. After disabling the AV and AS the Junk mail is STILL being filtered. I can only assume that this is because of rules that have been cached?

    How do I clear/disable this globally ?

    I am currently running Zimbra Network Edition, 8.02.

    After some more research, looks like this is due to Zimbra still acting on the SPAM tag in the header.


    Any idea how to stop this globally?
