Default Common Address Book For All Users

    Hi,

As we do not have LDAP installed, I would like to know if it would be still possible to have an address book that is common for all users within the organization. Currently, the address book "auto-complete feature" is available only if the email has been already sent to the listed address. Will it possible that any newly created user account is automatically reflected in the address books of all the other users in the organization?

    Thanks,
    S

Thanks for the response Bill. Sorry for the confusion as I meant we do not use the normal, external LDAP server. However, to rephrase my query, how does one go about adding nearly 600 accounts manually or can this task be automated. Also, will any new email account be automatically reflected in all the existing users' address book?

    TIA
