Mailbox stopped

When using root account to /etc/init.d/zimbra restart, it is no problem.
But when I "su zimbra" and then zmcontrol stop/start, "Mailbox stopped, tomcat is not running", what happen?? Is it check catalina.out, but I found no special error.

If things work correctly as root but not as zimbra, perhaps you have some permission issues. Try running the zmfixperms script and see if that resolves your issues.
