Change print message

Hello everyone,
i've a weird problem for you.
We have this zimbra installation:

Release 7.2.2_GA_2852.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 FOSS edition

What we'd like to do is to change the "From:" field when we print an email.
Now it shows the email address of the email sender, with zimbra 6.0 it showed also the "display name" field.
I think the file file to modify is /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/h/printmessage.

Is there any way to restore the "display name" in the "From:" printing field?
