Hi All,
I have configured Zimbra-4.0.4 on CentOS-4.4 and i am using external LDAP for authentication. Thing are working fine for me . And i have configured the IM functionality of Zimbra using zmprov ma user@domain.com ZimbraFeatureImEnabled TRUE. So my users can chat through Zimbra. But the problem is users won't get messages unless they press refresh button for each each messages. Can anyone pls tell how to overcome this problem.

It's only a very early beta of the IM client, I don't know how much work (if any) has been done on it recently but I would expect it to move forward this year. I'm afraid you're stuck with that behavior for the moment.

Thank you for you information. I have one more issue. ie, i need to implement new zimlets on my zimbra. How can i do that. for example i need to get maps for place when i move cursor to a place name( as in yahoo ). I saw some where that its possible also in zimbra. i saw in my server there are 2 folders zimlets and zimlets-extra and i found "com_zimbra_ymaps.zip" inside zimlets-extra. How can i use this.

Yes, details are in the wiki. The yahoo maps are, of course, only for US addresses - unless you fancy writing a zimlet.;)

That wikipedia for zimlets is very helpful, and i tried almost all zimlets. But not all of them are working. Yahoo maps, yahoo traffic, wikipedia,amazone are working for me. But i need some others also, especially google translator and bugzilla. Where could i find individual informations of each zimlet files.

I guess you did a tomcat restart after deploying the zimlets. Anyway, the google translator works for me, I'm currently on 4.5RC1 but I did test it on previous releases with the same results. I can only suggest you post in the developers form about zimlets development (I'm not a developer myself).

My google translator zimlets still not working. When i am putting some text into the box and clicking translate icon, it showing the following error
An error occurred attempting to translate this message.
And also i wont' getting Yahoo maps from the mail itself. It showing an empty popup window when i hovering on address. What could be the problem. I am using the 64 bit version of ZCS -4.0.4 on CentOS 4.4.
