Question CatchAll Email sending and receive

    Dear Sir,

I'm newbie in Zimbra, I'm research to change from Exchange to zimbra, I had setup successful. In my company, my boss want to control all email of employee. I was search and read some guide from Managing Domains - Zimbra :: Wiki but I don't see any guide to do it.

Could someone help me how to do it. I'm using zimbra version 7.2.2

    Thanks

    Henry

You're going to have to give a description of what you mean by ".... control all email....".

Phoenix is right, it's not clear what you mean by "control all email", but from the title of you thread it seems you want your boss to receive all the emails, am i right?
You could do this configuring postfix at your risk with the "always_bcc" option, so every email will be forwarded to your boss's email.
Another way (if all of you use the webmail) is to give your boss the access to the admin console, where he can select an user and open his mailbox with the "View mail" button.

    Sorry for reply late,

That mean , Our company want to have one mail box. And in that mail box can catch all email sending outside and email receive from outside. And my boss will check that mail box every day.

That mean. I can config email forwarding to catchall@domain.com when email coming from outside to all email of employee. But I don't know how to config to control all email sending to outside from employee.

Ex: catchall@domain.com this mailbox will store all mail sending and receive email of sale1@domain.com, sale2@domain.com, sale3@domain.com ... and more.

    Regards

    Henry

As i said, you could use the "always_bcc" postfix option, which forwards a copy of every email to a specified mailbox.
