Load average too high.
Hi Zimbra Experts,
Anyone can explain why my zimbra server always hung and the load average seems too high up to ( 31.79, 34.26, 35.39) . Any best practice rather than i keep rebooted the server ?
Release 7.1.4_GA_2555.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 FOSS edition.
Really much appreciate your advise.
Upgrade to the latest release of ZCS, see if the problem continues. If it does give details of your hardware specifications, number of users and whether they are Web UI users or via a fat client and how may of each are on-line at the same time, also details of any backup scripts you run and how often this happens and whether it occurs at the same time.
