Fail2ban Zimbra 7

Hi all

Has anyone had any luck getting fail2ban to work with Zimbra? I have been using the website Signalboxes » Fail2Ban with Zimbra to setup my zimbra 7 community edition on Ubuntu 10.4.

The issue I have is the ip address never seems to get blocked and I don't get an email

any advise would be good
