The lack of ZCS version means you won't get an exact answer, you should also search the forums and wiki (and read the Admin Guide) for product feature details/questions like this.

There a folder option in ZCS 8 for that.

That's already done on a schedule in all versions of ZCS.

That's also an option for Retention in the Admin UI in all versions of ZCS.

sorry version i'm using is Zimbra 8.0.2_GA_5569 (build 20121210115059)

but i dont think i have access to admin settings since i'm getting zimbra service from a 3rd party.

ps when you say "That's already done on a schedule in all versions of ZCS" ...where does it mention this in zimbra? or is all this information only listed for admins? for whatever reason i could not find any notation of when or how long it is kept in the webmail program itself.
