outgoing emails held on queue

hi,

im having problems with some mails being held.

im using zimbra 7.2:

in a 3 node installation: ldap, mta, mailbox

this is the errors im receiving:

strangest thing is that this was working during first weeks of installation and now is giving problems.

some questions:

- is MTA node always used for outgoing emails?

- in Global Settings -> MTA -> Web mail MTA Hostnames i can see just localhost, in a multinode environment should this be MAT node?

The connection time out is a problem connecting to that specific mail server, why do you think this is a Zimbra problem? Can you telnet to that IP address?

I think is something related to firewall.

I'll talk to network guys.
