Is there some way I can take away the ability for admins to read everybody's mail?
It seems like having the privilege to read every users email is a little over the top!

It seems like having the privilege to read every users email is a little over the top!
Until 4.5 is released (fix for 7425 is in 4.5 release), you'll have to create a seperate account to administer and use mail.
