[SOLVED] Sharing Wiki Documents Error
We are running the Network Edition 4.0.5 on SuSE Enterprise Server 9.
We have a separate user account we use for sharing out project documentation via the wiki/notebook. So far, this has worked great, but to date we have only shared documents with folks who have accounts on the Zimbra system.
Today we shared out a Notebook to a non-Zimbra user. The user goes to the intended web page, is challenged to log in, and logs in OK. The web page that is presented is the list of documents within that Notebook. So far so good.
But, when the user clicks on a document link to get to the document, he is presented with an Apache/Tomcat 404 error (no such item).
If the same Notebook is shared out to a Zimbra user, the Zimbra user can navigate to all pages within the Notebook, and edit them as required.
Is this a known bug? If not, I'm happy to file a bug report.
If it is a known bug, is there a workaround? We'd really like to share our project documentation with the other participants on this particular project using the Zimbra Notebook wiki (instead of our regular wiki we are hoping Zimbra can replace).
Thanks!
And Happy Holidays!

http error 404 using document links
Hello,
I have the same error. Am I missing something with these forums? The original post is Dec 2006 with a second request on Jan 2007. I do not see any resolutions posted for this issue and I do not see too many posts with the same issue.
:oIs there a documented resolution for this issue? I am using Community 6.0.2 and surprised that this basic functionality is failing for me.
In my situation I have two users and the WIKI user. I have shared the WIKI documents folder and created a document in that folder. I have created a second document (logged on as the other user) and in that second document I have a link to the first document. When I open the second document and click the link I get the error:
HTTP ERROR 404
Problem accessing /service/home/wiki@<domain>/wiki@<domain>'s Notebook/Page1. Reason:
no such item
Any suggestions or help would be great.
Zimbra formums not attended to?
Well, it is a couple months since my last post. While I think Zimbra is an excellent product, this lack of support (via the community or otherwise) indicates to me that the product is not for me. I will continue to search for a suitable product that has an active community as well.
