We recently upgraded to 8.0.1 and are interested in activating the litigation hold feature. We have followed the instructions laid out in the manual (URL below), but it does not seem to be working. All users are still able to empty their trash and delete individual items from the trash. We want to stop this completely. We have tried re-starting Zimbra to try to force it to reload its configuration but this has had no effect.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
