The dig command you've used is incorrect, it should be for your "domain" not the FQDN of your server e.g. "dig domain.com mx". Have you checked the cerificates aren't expoired? Did you check any of the other forum threads that cover the error message you've posted?
    Regards

Again i am facing this issue...

When i tried to start LogsWatch it is giving error below

    Starting logger...Failed.
Starting logswatch...ERROR: service.FAILURE (system failure: unable to lookup server by name: mailserver.abc.com message: [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials]) (cause: javax.naming.AuthenticationException [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials])
zimbra logger service is not enabled! failed.

Can anyone help me by providing permanent help of this issue ???

It would appear to be a problem with your infrastructure, it can't find the server which would indicate (to me) a DNS problem.
