Administration - Monitoring in ZCS 8.0.1: Error Code 4

Dear Sirs,

I'm trying to make the statistics messages work in my server CentOS 6 with ZCS 8.0.1, without success.

Is displaying the following error in Administration Monitoring:

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 4 Error Code: service.FAILURE Method: [unknown] Details: soap: Receiver

Already execute the permissions (zmfixperms), checked the settings rsyslog executing the installer Syslog (zmsyslogsetup), and upgraded connection keys (zmupdateauthkeys), but with no successful alternative.

Did you ever find a solution to this issue ?
I have ZCS 8.0.2 and having the same problem.
Multi-server setup, however mail queue and service status works fine, but any other stat under Monitor like Message Count, Advanced Statistics will pop up that error message.

Checking the stat logs on the logger server looks fine, no errors and the mta server updates the stats fine to the logger server log files.

Any idea where to look further ?

I could not solve yet, I was using Zimbra 8.0.1 and ended up doing the upgrade to 8.0.2. but the error persisted.

I will try to analyze the error and if I can fix, I'll post the solution here.

I'm still having that issue, even after 8.0.3 upgrade and it is really frustrating...
