A weird fault has appeared in the last week or so on one account on a Zimbra installation.

Zimbra version:
Release 7.1.3_GA_3346.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 NETWORK edition, Patch 7.1.3_P1

All the email arriving at the account is marked as read. There are no filters set up. Although the user uses mobile and IMAP clients it still does it even when they are all switched off and the mailbox is only viewed using the web interface.

We can't think of any changes that have been made either to the server, the account, or the user's mail clients in that time.

I can't see anything obvious in the mailbox.log. The users settings are the same as other working accounts, I checked them side by side.

I would be grateful if anyone has any suggestions. Otherwise I guess I will just have to move all the mail to a new account, delete the old account and rename the new account.
