After doing backup mdb file with mdb_copy, I see the result as the following:
    [zimbra@mail ~]$ mdb_copy /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/mdb/db /opt/zimbra/backup/ldap/mdb/db
    [zimbra@mail ~]$ cd /opt/zimbra/backup/ldap/mdb/db/
    [zimbra@mail ~]$ ls -lah /opt/zimbra/backup/ldap/mdb/db/
    total 2.7M
    drwxr-x--- 2 zimbra zimbra 4.0K Mar 20 10:45 .
    drwxr-x--- 3 zimbra zimbra 4.0K Mar 20 10:43 ..
    -rw-r----- 1 zimbra zimbra 2.7M Mar 20 10:45 data.mdb
    Please give me your suggestion.

    Many thanks,
    Minh

It looks like your DB has grown out of proportion to its actual usage. This could happen on earlier ZCS releases. You can fix this by (as zimbra):

    1) zmcontrol stop
    2) /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmslapcat /tmp
    3) cd /opt/zimbra/data/ldap
    4) mv mdb mdb.backup
    5) mkdir -p mdb/db
    6) /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmslapadd /tmp/ldap.bak
    7) cd mdb/db
    8) du -c -h data.mdb (to see its actual size)
    9) zmcontrol start
    10) Verify everything comes up, and then you can remove the mdb.backup directory

    Thank Quanah very much,

Now my system back to normal. Before see you post, I already did:
    ldap stop
    cd /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/mdb/db/
    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmslapcat /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/mdb/db
    mv data.mdb data.mdb.old
    /opt/zimbra/openldap/sbin/slapadd -q -b "" -F /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/config -l /opt/zimbra/data/ldap/mdb/db/ldap.bak
    ldap start
After that, the ls -la data.mdb show 80G, and the du -c -h show only 2.5Mb.
