Default switching from text format to html format

    Hello,
I use zimbra 8 and I would like to ask 2 questions:
    1) Now all user have default composing in text format. Is there a way how to change easily so that all users have default composing in html? (I do not want to go through all account to change it individually)

    2) If I as an administrator want to create a signature in administrator console I can create only a text version of the signature. Is there a way to create it in html version under administrator console?

    Thank you for help
    libor

    Hello libor!
In the admin panel, go to Configure > Class of service > default (double click on it) > Preferences.
Then scroll down until you come to the 'Composing mail' options, and change 'Always compose mail using:' to HTML

    2) If I as an administrator want to create a signature in administrator console I can create only a text version of the signature. Is there a way to create it in html version under administrator console?
I didn't understand the second question. Where exactly are you trying to create the signature? If you 'View Mail' of any account, and then set their signature, you will be able to create it in both HTML and plain text.
