Print E-mail address

Is there any way to export or print out all users E-mail adresses, If they have logged in and status?

If there is, and it needed be done by commands, any place I can read where to enter commands etc, am not familiar with this setup.

Does this print the global list? And where do I type in these codes? I looked everywhere.
