Default Weird Permission denied issue for sent behalf of

We are encountering a weird problem. When we reply an email from a shared inbox with sent on behalf of check box ticked, we won't be able to sent out this email as Zimbra will prompt Permission Denied.

However, we overcome this problem by either removing the image/logo from our email signature, or save the email to draft first, then reopen the same email from draft to send.

Any idea what cause such a weird permission denied issue and anyway to resolve it?

Most likely the image in the signature comes from the active user's briefcase, and the account doing the actual sending does not have permission to open this image file.

The image come with our website, so this should not be the cause.

I had the same problem and fixed it by doing the following:
    1. In Briefcase, create a new folder named "public", grant it public viewing access, and perhaps color it red as a warning.
    2. In Briefcase, move the signature file into the new "public" folder.
    3. In Preferences --> Signatures, select the image, click the "Insert/Edit Image" icon, and insert "public/" into the URL:
