Errors after Commercial SSL Cert Installation

I used the search function but couldn't find what I was looking for.

Our cert expired and I was successfully able to install a GoDaddy SSL Cert renewal.

However, now that it is up and running I am getting an error on one of my other servers: "SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate B: certificate verify failed"

I only installed the companydomainname.crt but did not install the cross_intermediate.crt, intermediate.crt, bundle.crt or root.crt. Do I need to get one or more of those in there? Or do I need to restart that other linux server?

Any guidance would be appreciated! I am a new Linux Admin and Zimbra Admin.

Edit: OS is Ubuntu 10.04 and Zimbra ver is 7.2
