Default ldap will not more start

Hello, I run ZCS release 7.2.0_GA_2669.UBUNTU10_64 UBUNTU10_64 FOSS edition operate on a VM machine.

Through a hard drive crash I had to use a secured vmdk.

Unfortunately does not start ldap. The following error message occurs:

    Starting ldap ... Done.
    Failed.
Failed to start slapd. Attempting debug start to deter mine error.

    resolv.config:

    zimbra @ zimbra: ~ $ cat / etc / resolv.conf
    nameserver 127.0.0.1

    The mx-record is also ok.

    db_recover - v shows the following error:

    zimbra@zimbra:~/data/ldap/hdb/db$ db_recover -v

    db_recover: PANIC: Invalid argument
db_recover: process-private: unable to find environment

I hope you can help me.

    Many greetings from Germany.

Your LDAP DB is corrupt. You have to restore it from a backup.

I have the same issue. In which directory does the ldap database reside? I have a full backup of the entire /opt/zimbra directory, so it should be pretty easy as long as it wasn't corrupt when I last backed it up.

I found the ldap database. However, it was an issue with running out of disk space. Time to increase.
