    Default Can i use command line to delete all member in distribution group

    I can do it in admin console but i need to do it in command line. please suggest me.

    I'd suggest you take a look at the Command Line Utilities that are available in Zimbra, you can find details in the Admin Guide and you could also search the forums and/or wiki for some tips.

    Hello Bill,

    thanks for your response. I have already look it and doesn't have exactly command to do that. Following command it work for me but slow when facing many member in distribution list.

    $ zmprov rdlm group@mailtest.com `zmprov gdl group@mailtest.com |grep zimbraMailForwardingAddress |awk -F": " '{print $2 }'`

    Well, if you´re deleting all members wouldn´t it be easier to remove the group itself and re-create it? you can do it via command line too

    zmprov rdl DistributionListName@domain.com

    zmprov cdl DistributionListName@domain.com
