Zimbra 8 Admin Console Cannot View Message

Dear All,

Would anyone tell me how to view message at admin console on Zimbra 8 ? I tried to right click on the user name and right corner without view message button.

Hi, not sure if i understood your question correctly, but it may be a browser issue; try using firefox or chrome.

I have tried chrome and firefox that still without view message on zimbra 8 admin console. Any idea.

Zimbra 7 or earlier can view message at admin console to help users but now cannot.
