Keep a copy of all incoming and outgoing messages

For compliance issues, I need to keep a copy of all incoming and outgoing messages that go through my Zimbra server. What's the best/easiest way to do that? I wouldn't have any problem setting up a user account that all these messages got forwarded to, but how would I do that?

Sorry, I ran through that quickly and noticed that "bug" is from six months ago, and didn't notice if that's been integrated into ZCS4 or if there's actually a way to do it currently? And I don't have to have per-user settings or anything like that. Just a way to archive/forward all emails coming in AND out of the server.
